Our house
Set at the foot of the Château d'Écouen, Il Maestro welcomes its guests in elegant surroundings where dining and lodging answer one another. People come for a business lunch beneath the glass roof, a family dinner, or a night a few kilometres from Paris without the noise of Paris.
The kitchen is open Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunchtime. The chef works with fresh produce and builds the dish of the day around the morning's deliveries.
